Career

The pilot ranking system was created to recognize professional development based on accumulated flight hours. Each level represents not only technical experience but also the level of responsibility and complexity of the operations performed. See the classifications below:

Trainee

• Flight hours: 0 to 6 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 100
• Beginning of the journey as a pilot. At this stage, the professional is in the learning process, becoming familiar with aviation fundamentals and gaining initial practical experience. Still under direct supervision.

PP - Private Pilot

• Flight hours: 6 to 60 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 150
• Pilot licensed for non-commercial flights. Gains autonomy in local and basic navigation flights. Emphasis on safety and consolidation of theoretical knowledge.

PPO - First Officer

• Flight hours: 61 to 120 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 200
• Acts as co-pilot on commercial or larger aircraft. Works as a team with the captain, being responsible for a significant part of the flight operations.

CMTE - Commander

• Flight hours: 121 to 260 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 250
• Pilot in command of the aircraft. Assumes full responsibility for the flight operation, safety decisions, and crew management. Marks the beginning of technical leadership in the cockpit.

CMTE - First Commander*

• Flight hours: 261 to 500 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 300
• Commander with solid experience, capable of handling more complex and varied situations. Recognized leadership and frequent involvement in more demanding missions.

CMTE - Senior Commander

• Flight hours: 501 to 700 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 350
• Highly experienced professional. Serves as a technical and operational reference for other crew members. Participates in training and strategic decisions.

CMTE* - Master Commander

• Flight hours: 701 to 1999 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 400
• Top leadership in national operations. Complete mastery of the aircraft and regulations. Responsible for critical missions and training of new commanders.

CMTE** - International Commander**

• Flight hours: 2000 to 5000 hours
• Hourly salary: R$ 450
• Pilot with extensive international experience. Conducts intercontinental operations with technical excellence and global leadership. Represents the highest level of operational civil aviation.
